Important Information Regarding Student Eligibility for LIHTC Apartments
Please note that under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, full-time students are generally not eligible to apply unless they are living with another occupant who is not a full-time student. However, exceptions apply for single parents who are full-time students or for those who have dependents. This means that if a full-time student is the sole occupant without dependents, they will not qualify for our LIHTC studio and 1-bedroom apartments.

We welcome all applicants for our Market Rate 2-bedroom units, as these do not have the same restrictions. We encourage everyone, regardless of student status, to apply for these units.
