PHA Web's online payment portal allows tenants to securely pay rent electronically. The platform offers convenient payment options, including credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers. Tenants can view their payment history, set up recurring payments, and receive instant confirmation of transactions. The portal ensures a seamless and secure experience, making rent payments easy and accessible anytime.

The PHA Web Tenant Portal provides current tenants with secure online access to manage their rental accounts. Through the portal, tenants can pay rent, view payment history, access certifications for LIHTC units, and communicate directly with their compliance manager. To access the portal, tenants must be registered and logged in. Only current tenants are eligible for registration.

Property Maintenance

Our on-site property manager is available Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM, and Friday, 9 AM–2 PM. Non-urgent matters will be addressed within 48 hours on the next business day.

  • No heat, A/C, or hot water

  • No electricity

  • Appliance failures (fridge, stove, oven)

  • Leaks, sewage backup, or roof issues

  • Smoke detector going off

  • Lockouts or non-working outside lighting
